The Filled Registration form should be sent as an e-mail attachement to the Id:

ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation will be provided on payment basis. Efforts will
be made to accommodate delegates in the University Guest house. Those who wish to have accommodation in Hotels have to pay necessary
charges depending on the type of Hotel. For students, accommodation will be
provided in the University hostels or in the dormitory.
